My daughter is dancing in a local nutcracker this holiday season. To raise money for the ballet studio and production they are asking families to donate ornaments that can be purchased for the dancers on the day of the show.  I noticed that mice were hard to come by so decided to make one out of crochet.  I used the following free pattern from bethsco blog as the base of the mouse and then embellished with an embroidery floss tutu so that she would look like a ballerina.  Super sweet — now I don’t want to give her away.
